dc.description.abstractInnovation and being innovative are very important in different areas of our life. Reports indicate that Poland is characterized by little innovation. In this text I am focusing on the subjective dimension of innovation, which translates into a collective innovation, thus building innovation in all spheres of society. I wonder why Poles are not innovative as a society yet declare and manifest innovation at the individual level.pl_PL
