dc.description.abstractGłównym zadaniem badawczym pracy było prześledzenie procesu integracji Rumunii ze Wspólnotami Europejskimi/Unią Europejską. Wykazanie, iż wieloletni proces przebiegał burzliwie, był trudny i wymagający od Rumunii ogromnego zaangażowania. Analizie poddano zarówno decyzje i działania podejmowane przez władze w Bukareszcie, jak i w Brukseli. Rozdział pierwszy dotyczy historycznych relacji pomiędzy RWPG, a EWG od czasów ich powstania do 1989 r., a także opisuje stosunki Rumunii z ze Wspólnotami Europejskimi do czasu upadku reżimu N. Ceauşescu. W rozdziale drugim przedstawiono pierwsze lata trudnej rumuńskiej transformacji, a także omówiono pomoc przedakcesyjną z funduszu Phare i Układ Stowarzyszeniowy.Rozdział trzeci poświęcono rumuńskim działaniom na rzecz integracji – m.in. przygotowaniu Narodowej Strategii Integracji a także realizacji programu SAPARD i ISPA. W rozdziale czwartym, skupiającym się na procesie negocjacyjnym, punktem wyjścia była ocena postępów Rumunii zawarta w raportach okresowych oraz początki rokowań. Dużo miejsca poświęcono ostatnim kilkunastu miesiącom przed oficjalnym zakończeniem negocjacji, a także Traktatowi Akcesyjnemu. Pracę kończy przedstawienie wydarzeń i opis podjętych działań, które miały miejsce w okresie pomiędzy podpisaniem Traktatu Akcesyjnego, a dniem akcesji, 1 stycznia 2007 r. pl_PL
dc.description.abstractThe main research area for this paper was the analysis of Romanian integration with the European Communities/European Union. It was meant to prove that the long lasting process was difficult and challenging, requiring a lot of involvement. The aim of the study was to analyze both decisions and actions taken by the authorities in Bucharest and in Brussels.Chapter one is of a historical character and concerns the relations between The Council of Mutual Economic Assistance and the European Economic Community since their creation up to 1989. It describes the relations between Romania and the European Communities until the collapse of Nicolae Ceauşescu’s regime. The second chapter presents the first years of Romanian transformation. The pre-accession support from Phare fund as well as the Association Agreement description were included in this part. The third chapter is devoted to the Romanian actions for integration including the Romanian programs SAPARD and ISPA.In the fourth chapter the main focus is on the periodic reports on Romanian development and the early negotiations. Due to the importance of the last months prior to the accession, there is also some space devoted to this period. The Accession Treaty itself is a subject of further scrutiny. The paper concludes with describing the work undertaken and events between signing the Accession Treaty and the 1st January 2007.pl_PL
