Abstract
Przedmiotem rozprawy jest kreowanie i recepcja w
Polsce i we Francji wizerunku politycznego Marii Teresy
i Katarzyny II. Praca podzielna jest na trzy części, a
każda z nich zawiera poszczególne rozdziały. Integralną
częścią pracy jest też aneks zawierający korpus
portretów i rycin dotyczących tematu pracy. Rozdział
pierwszy ma na celu omówienie sytuacji kobiet w
polityce i jej oceny w publicystyce w końcu
siedemnastego wieku i na początku wieku
osiemnastego w Polsce i we Francji. Następnie
przybliżono czytelnikowi kwestie osiemnastowiecznej
opinii publicznej. Przeanalizowano kanały
komunikacyjne jakimi docierała informacja do elit intelektualnych społeczeństwa. W pierwszej części
zarysowano także jak postrzegana była Austria i Rosja
w dwóch państwach wymienionych w tytule.
W kolejnej części przedstawiono dwa sposoby
propagowania swojej polityki i władzy. Maria Teresa
opierała się na kontaktach dyplomatycznych,
korespondencji z kręgiem rodzinnym, a także jednym z
narzędzi jaki cesarzowa używała była sztuka i
ikonografia. Katarzyna z kolei wybrała politykę która
skierowana była do szerokiej rzeszy intelektualistów w
oświeceniowej Europie z którymi korespondowała i
którzy widzieli w niej ideał władcy oświeconego
zajmujący się edukacją, kodyfikacją prawa, ale również
tworzeniem utworów literackich i wspieraniem rozwoju
sztuki. W ostatniej części przedstawiono recepcję owych
wizerunków politycznych kreowanych przez obie
władczynie, na przykładzie najważniejszych wybranych
momentów historycznych łączących wszystkie cztery
państwa.
The purpose of this dissertation focuses on the political images of two women who marked their era. At the same time as the title suggests, we would draft a reflection on the image of women in both countries where the misogynistic culture was very strong. The study is divided into three parts: the first focuses on the conditions of a woman and the birth of public opinion to the Enlightenment era. We also bring to a reader the historical context of the time and the relations between France, Poland and the country of Maria Teresa and Catherine the Great in the first part of the eighteenth century. In the next part we present the methods, which the two women have used to win public opinion, how they communicated with society. Finally in the third part we have analysed the receptions of this political communication in France and Poland, on the several examples in important moments on history od the four countries. In the annexe, as the integral part of this study, we have put several reproductions of engravings and portraits of Maria Theresa and Catherine the Great; witch is an accomplishment for the content of the second and third part.
L’objet de notre dissertation se concentre sur les images politiques de deux femmes qui marquèrent leur époque. En même temps, comme l’intitulé la laisse entendre, nous voudrions ébaucher une réflexion sur l’image des femmes dans les deux pays ou la culture misogyne a été très forte. L’étude est divisée en trois parties dont la première se concentre sur les conditions d’une femme et naissance de l’opinion publique à l’époque des Lumières. Nous avons rapprochée a lecteur le contexte historique de l’époque sur toutes les relations entre la France et la Pologne et l’Autriche et Russie dans la première partie de XVIIIe siècle. Dans la parie suivante on a présenter les méthodes lequel Marie-Thérèse et Catherine II ont utilisé pour gagner l’opinion publique, par quel trajet elles ont communique avec eux. En fin dans la troisième parie nous somme analysée les réceptions de cette communication politique a travers quelques exemples de leurs histoire. L’intégrale partie de ce devoir comprendre l’annexe avec reproduction des plusieurs gravures et peintures des deux souveraines qui sont un accomplissement pour le contenu de la deuxième partie et troisième partie.
