| dc.description.abstract | Celem rozprawy było rozwiązanie problemu badawczego, który zawiera się w pytaniu: jaka była rola Marynarki Wojennej w polityce i systemie bezpieczeństwa narodowego Polski w latach 2007-2012, w kontekście istniejących uwarunkowań geopolitycznych? Zdaniem autora, pomocne w osiągnięciu głównego celu badań, było zrealizowanie celu pomocniczego, który polegał na dokonaniu oceny roli Marynarki Wojennej RP w polityce bezpieczeństwa państwa w okresie od odzyskania niepodległości w roku 1918, do roku 2006. Oba cele zostały osiągnięte poprzez weryfikację sformułowanych hipotez oraz uzyskanie odpowiedzi na postawione pytania badawcze. Było to możliwe dzięki wykorzystaniu przyjętych teorii stosunków międzynarodowych oraz modelu badawczego w prowadzonych badaniach, w odniesieniu do: a) pływu uwarunkowań geopolitycznych na polską politykę bezpieczeństwa, b) polskich interesów ekonomicznych na obszarach morskich c) założeń doktryn i strategii NATO oraz Unii Europejskiej, d) założeń dokumentów normujących politykę i system bezpieczeństwa narodowego RP, e) zadań Marynarki Wojennej RP, f) zmian potencjału Marynarki Wojennej RP, g) programów rozwojowych i modernizacyjnych Marynarki Wojennej RP oraz h) wykorzystania Marynarki Wojennej RP w ćwiczeniach i operacjach międzynarodowych. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the dissertation was to provide a solution to the following research question: what was the role of the Navy in the policy and system of national security of Poland in the years 2007-2012, in the context of existing geopolitical conditions? In the author's opinion, the fulfilment of the ancillary objective, which consisted of the assessment of the role of the Polish Navy in the national security policy in the period from the regaining of independence in 1918 to 2006, was helpful in achieving the main objective of the research. Both objectives were achieved by verifying the formulated hypotheses and obtaining the answers to the research questions raised. It was possible thanks to the use of the research model and the accepted theories of international relations in the conducted research, with regard to: a) the influence of geopolitical conditions on the Polish security policy, b) Polish economic interests in maritime areas, c) the guidelines of doctrines and strategies of NATO and the European Union, d) guidelines of documents regulating the policy and system of national security of the Republic of Poland, e) tasks of the Polish Navy, f) changes in the potential of the Polish Navy, g) development and modernisation programmes for the Polish Navy, and h) use of the Polish Navy in international training and operations. | pl |
