The vocation of a consecrated woman to love in the Community of the Disciples of the Cross
Abstract
Dysertacja o temacie: „Powołanie kobiety konsekrowanej do miłości we Wspólnocie Sióstr Uczennic Krzyża.” została podzielona na 2 części. Pierwsza dotyczy samej kobiety (jej wizji wg koncepcji psychologicznych, feministycznych i w nauczaniu Kościoła). Ta analiza pozwala wysnuć wniosek, iż głównym powołaniem kobiety jest miłość oblubieńcza i macierzyńska. Drugi rozdział pokazuje, w jaki sposób kobieta konsekrowana realizuje to powołanie. W 2 części pracy prezentuje jak to powołanie jest realizowane we Wspólnocie Sióstr Uczennic Krzyża. Najpierw przygotowywane są do tego na drodze formacji – o tym jest I rozdział. W II rozdziale ukazane zostało jak realizują miłość oblubieńczą (przez afirmację Chrystusa i naśladowanie Go), a w III rozdziale ukazane zostało jak przez naśladowanie Maryi i szeroko rozumiany apostolat realizują miłość macierzyńską. W pracy odwołano się do dokumentów wewnętrznych Wspólnoty, dokumentów Kościoła i opracowań pomocniczych.
The dissertation titled The vocation of a consecrated woman to love in the Community of the Disciples of the Cross is divided into two parts. The first part investigates the image of a woman (according to psychological and feminist concepts and to the teaching of the Church). The analysis leads to the conclusion that the main vocation of a woman is spousal and maternal love. The second chapter demonstrates the ways in which a consecrated woman fulfils this vocation. The second part of the dissertation investigates how this vocation is pursued in the Community of the Disciples of the Cross. First, sisters are prepared for it through formation – this is the subject of the first chapter. The second chapter examines how they pursue their vocation to spousal love (through the affirmation and imitation of Christ), whereas the third chapter presents how they pursue their vocation to maternal love through the imitation of Mary as well as through apostolate in a broad sense. The dissertation makes reference to the Community’s internal documents, Church documents and auxiliary studies.
