dc.description.abstractThe paper presents considerations concerning issues of safety and coordination of food requirements with energy requirements. Food safety may be viewed in different aspects – security, safety and quality. Agriculture should satisfy food needs of the human population, as well as contribute to the diversification of energy supply sources and meet the constantly increasing requirements concerning environmental protection. At the same time incentives for agri-energy production are connected with the risk of a reduction of food production. The author analysed EU and Italian regulations. In the conclusions it was stated that e.g. safety requirements pertaining to agricultural product safety are not identical for products to be used as food and those comprising energy sources. Thus procedures and legal models, regulating respective production and distribution processes are not and may not be identical for all entities. Agricultural law, taking into consideration food requirements, is influenced by ecological and energy concerns; thus there is ample space for its development.pl_PL
dc.description.abstractL’oggetto delle considerazioni ė la questione della sicurezza e del coordinamento delle esigenze alimentari con quelle energetiche. La sicurezza alimentare ha dimensioni diverse – security, safety e qualità. L’agricoltura deve rispondere ai bisogni nutrizionali dell’uomo ed anche contribuire alla diversificazione dell’approvvigionamento energetico nonché soddisfare le esigenze sempre crescenti nell’ambito della tutela ambientale. Al tempo stesso, agli incentivi alla produzione agroenergetica è legato il rischio della riduzione della produzione alimentare. L’autrice analizza le regolazioni dell’Unione europea e quelle italiane. Concludendo, sostiene tra l’altro che i requisiti di sicurezza per i prodotti agricoli non sono uguali ai fini alimentari ed energetici. Per cui, le procedure e i modelli giuridici, i quali regolano i relativi processi di produzione e distribuzione, non sono e non possono essere uguali per tutti i soggetti. Il diritto agrario, tenendo conto delle esigenze alimentari, è soggetto all’influenza di carattere ecologico ed energetico, lo “spazio” per il suo sviluppo non manca.pl_PL
