Abstract
Autor, posługując się metodą rekonstruowania językowego obrazu świata, opisuje wybrane elementy konstytuujące fragment kultury grupowej użytkowników socjolektu rowe- rowego. Analizie poddano cztery obszary: stereotypy i autosterotypy dotyczące kolarstwa, porzekadła i powiedzonka kolarskie, epickie funkcje kolarstwa i wiarę kolarzy.

Abstract (Culture related aspects of Polish bike sociolect). The author, utilizing the method of reconstructing the linguistic image of the world, describes some elements that constitute a part of the culture of the users of Polish bike sociolect. The analysis comprises four areas: cycling stereotypes and autostereotypes, cycling words of wisdom and sayings, epic facets of cycling and the faith of cyclists.
