| dc.description.abstract | Pierwszy rozdział pracy porusza kwestię istoty pełnomocnictwa procesowego. Celem rozdziału drugiego było wykazanie, że jednym z elementów prawa do sądu jest także prawo do bycia reprezentowanym przez pełnomocnika. Kwestia udzielenia pełnomocnictwa i jego formy, analizowana w rozdziale trzecim, stanowi element kluczowy dla rozważania roli pełnomocnika w postępowaniu sądowo-administracyjnym. W rozdziale czwartym omówiono zakres pełnomocnictwa procesowego. W piątym rozdziale przeanalizowano pozycję pełnomocnika w postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym. Uprawnionych do reprezentacji podzielono na podgrupy, tj.: pełnomocników profesjonalnych, wśród których znajdują się adwokaci, radcy prawni i prawnicy zagraniczni; quasi-profesjonalnych, czyli doradców podatkowych i rzeczników patentowych oraz nieprofesjonalnych. Rozdział szósty koncentruje się na zakończeniu stosunku pełnomocnictwa. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | First chapter concerns the problem of the essence of the power of attorney. The main purpose of the second chapter was to show that one of the elements of the right to the access to the court is the right to be represented by the plenipotentiary. The matter of granting the power of attorney and it’s form, analyzed in the third chapter, is the key issue for concerning the role of the plenipotentiary in the administrative court proceedings. The forth chapter regards the scope of the power of attorney. The fifth chapter analyze the position of the plenipotentiary in the administrative court proceedings. The plenipotentiaries has been divided into groups, i.e.: professional plenipotentiaries - among them attorneys at law, legal advisers and foreign lawyers, quasi-professionals – among them tax advisers and patent agents, and non-professionals. Sixth chapter concentrates on the limitation of the power of attorney. | pl_PL |
