Interessen und Präferenzen von Grundschulkindern in den Fächern Kunst, Musik und Sport. Eine empirische Studie zu Geschlechterunterschieden im musisch-ästhetischen Bereich des Grundschulunterrichts

| dc.description.abstract | The article is based on a survey of 341 primary school children in Germany. The survey col-lected data on children’s interests in the school subjects of arts, music and sports. The objective was to examine gender differences concerning the popularity of the three subjects. The study also examines if there is a correlation between the children’s preferences for certain subjects and the popularity of a teacher or the children’s spare time activities. As the results show sports is the most popular subject as well as for boys as for girls. Sports do consider the inter-ests of boys and girls in a well balanced manner. Arts are still related to the children’s interests but refer more to contents preferred by girls. In music teachers almost don’t take up any topics related to boys’ interests. The main finding of the study is that arts as well as music are more focused on girls’ interests and preferences concerning the selection of topics. This should be considered in the development of curricula, teacher training and lesson planning as it is neces-sary to offer a balanced range of topics for both genders. The results also show a strong correla-tion between the popularity of a subject and the popularity of the teacher. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | Artykuł prezentuje wyniki sondażu przeprowadzonego wśród 341 uczniów szkół podstawowych w Niemczech. Ankieta dotyczyła zainteresowań dzieci odnośnie sztuki, muzyki i sportu. Celem analiz było zbadanie, czy płeć różnicuje te zainteresowania. Przeanalizowano również związek między preferencjami dzieci do pewnych przedmiotów i popularnością nauczyciela. Wyniki pokazują, iż sport jest popularny na podobnym poziomie zarówno u chłopców, jak i dziewczynek. Sztuka natomiast preferowana była częściej przez dziewczęta – treści przedmiotów artystycznych związane były z zainteresowaniami dziewczynek. Podobnie rzecz się miała w kontekście muzyki – zajęcia muzyczne ukierunkowane są głównie na pracę z dziewczynkami. Głównym wnioskiem z badań jest to, że zajęcia w szkole podstawowej z zakresu sztuki, zwłaszcza muzyki, są bardziej tematycznie skoncentrowane na zainteresowaniach dziewczynek. Należy to uwzględnić przy opracowywaniu programów nauczania, kształcenia nauczycieli i planowania lekcji – jest to konieczne do skonstruowania oferty zrównoważonych tematów dla obu płci. Wyniki pokazują również silną korelację pomiędzy popularnością przedmiotu i popularnością nauczyciela. | pl_PL |
