| dc.description.abstract | Integrację Polski z Unią Europejską zapoczątkował Układ Europejski, który nabrał mocy prawnej 1 lutego 1994 r., a jego część handlowa weszła w życie już 1 marca 1992 r. Efektem stopniowej liberalizacji obrotów handlowych, a następnie akcesji (1 maja 2004 r.) był wzrost obrotów towarów z krajami UE. Oznacza to wzrost udziału eksportu do i importu z UE, ale także rozwój wymiany z krajami rozwijającymi się, co było konsekwencją przyjęcia przez Polskę preferencyjnych umów handlowych z krajami Afryki, Karaibów i Pacyfiku oraz innymi krajami rozwijającymi się w ramach systemu Ogólnego Systemu Preferencji (GSP), obejmującymi także Wspólnotę Niepodległych Państw. Wpływ integracji z UE na strukturę rzeczową handlu zagranicznego Polski był mniejszy, co po stronie eksportu może świadczyć o niewielkim wzroście nowoczesności i konkurencyjności polskiej oferty. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | Poland’s integration with the European Union started with the European Agreement which came into force on 1 February 1994. Its commercial part, however, was implemented already on 1 March 1992. Gradual liberalisation of commercial regulations and Poland’s subsequent accession to the EU on 1 May 2004 allowed wider commercial trading with other EU member states and was not reduced to higher imports and exports within the EU only. It also enabled increased trading with non-member states, possible through preferential contracts with the developing states of Africa, the Caribbean and Pacific Islands and other countries, including the Union of Independent States. All this was possible under the General System of Preferences (GSP). The impact of the EU integration on the structure of products that are subject of commercial trading have been much smaller. That is why the quality of Polish goods in terms of higher competitiveness and more advanced production technology of the goods offered for export has not much improved. | pl_PL |
