dc.description.abstractThe paper analyses recently amended legislation of the Slovak Republic which aims to examine the existence of beneficial owners in detail and which fundamentally affects public procurement. The author points out advantages and weaknesses of the Register of Public Sector Partners and describes unique Slovak legislation which can in the future serve as a source of experience for other EU countries.pl
