Rusini i ich współczesne aspiracje narodotwórcze

Abstract

Celem naukowym projektu było przedstawienie komparatystycznych badań procesów narodotwórczych zachodzących wśród członków grupy rusińskiej. Analiza dotyczyła kwestii tożsamości etnicznej Rusinów karpackich, jej kształtu i etapów rozwoju. Badania stanowią zarazem próbę ukazania ocen współczesnego ruchu rusińskiego wystawianych mu przez członków społeczności lokalnych. W zakres moich zainteresowań wchodziła współczesna sytuacja grup rusińskich zamieszkujących na terenie Karpat, a więc w granicach obecnej Słowacji i Ukrainy. Główny przedział czasowy, który podlegał szczegółowej ocenie to lata 1989-2009. Wspólna sytuacja społeczna przy odmiennych losach historycznych wyzwoliła problem statusu rusińskiej mniejszości narodowej na Słowacji i Ukrainie. Niezależnie od faktu, że jako grupa etniczna stanowią całość, Rusini posiadają różne prawa w granicach poszczególnych państwowości. Decyduje to w dużym stopniu o tym, iż poszczególne zbiorowości rusińskie znajdują się na różnym poziomie rozwoju narodowego, mają inne potrzeby i wysuwają często wręcz opozycyjne żądania. Społeczność rusińska, choć funkcjonująca w wielokulturowym środowisku pogranicza, jest zbiorowością o cechach lokalnych, kulturowo homogeniczną, ze wspólną pamięcią historyczną opartą na jednolitym kodzie etnolektu.

The scientific objective of this project was to present the comparative study of nation processes taking place among members of the Ruthenian. The analysis was concerned the question of the Carpathian Rusyn ethnic identity, its shape and stages of development. The research is also an attempt to portray modern movement Rusyn ratings issued to it by members of local communities. The scope of my interests was included a contemporary situation of Ruthenian groups living in the Carpathians, and therefore within the borders of current Slovakia and the Ukraine. The main time period that has been subjected to detailed assessment are of the years 1989 to 2009. The common social situation in different historical fates was triggered the problem of the status of Ruthenian minority in Slovakia and the Ukraine. Notwithstanding the fact that, as a whole ethnic group, the Rusyns have different rights within each state. This determines to a large extent the fact that the individual Ruthenian communities are at different stages of national development, have different needs and often stand out, sometimes even opposite requests. The Ruthenian community, although working with a multicultural environment borderline features is a collectivity of local, culturally homogeneous, features with shared historical memory based on a single code of language.
