Abstract

Przedmiotem rozprawy doktorskiej jest rosyjska myśl historiozoficzna pierwszej połowy wieku XIX (epoka romantyzmu). Przedstawiona została ona na przykładzie poglądów Iwana Kiriejewskiego, Aleksego Chomiakowa i Piotra Czaadajewa. Prezentowani myśliciele ujmowali problem czasu i historii w szerokiej perspektywie filozoficznej. W swych rozważaniach odwoływali się do tradycji filozofii zachodniej i jej reprezentantów takich jak Arystoteles, św. Augustyn, Leibniz i Schelling. Rosyjskie pytania historiozoficzne koncentrowały na problemie sensu i celu. Sens i cel historii myśliciele rosyjscy dostrzegli w chrześcijańskiej wizji postępu. Celem rozprawy doktorskiej jest zaakcentowanie egzystencjalnego wymiaru refleksji nad czasem. Z niej wyłaniała się refleksja filozoficzna nad historią powszechną, a następnie nad historią Rosji.

The subject of the Thesis is Russian historiosophical thought in the first half of the XIX century (romanticism). It is based on the works of Iwan Kiriejewski, Aleksy Chomiakow and Piotr Czaadajew. The authors enclosed the problems of time and history in a wide philosophical perspective. They appealed to western philosophical traditions represented by great philosophers such as Aristotle, St. Augustine, Leibniz and Schelling. Russian historiosophical questions aimed at the problem of sense and objective. Russian philosophers thought the sense and objective to be found in the Christian vision of progress. The aim of the Thesis is to point out the existential dimension of the reflection on time as well as modern history and the history of Russia.
