| dc.description.abstract | W ciągu minionych trzech dekad świat radykalnie się zmienił. Jesteśmy świadkami transformacji od społeczeństwa przemysłowego do społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Jeśli chcielibyśmy określić tą zmianę jednym słowem byłoby nim: cyfryzacja. Początkiem było wynalezienie cyfrowego komputera, a później wszystkie stare analogowe formy medialne (tekst, dźwięk, obraz, film) reprezentowane poprzez ciągłe (analogowe) sygnały zostały zastąpione przez nowe postaci cyfrowe. Pojęcie cyfrowy oznacza, że dowolne informacje mogą być reprezentowana w formie ciągów liczb zapisanych w dwójkowym systemie liczbowym (jako ciąg znaków: 0 i 1). W artykule pokazujemy funkcjonalne ograniczenia mediów analogowych oraz rozważamy korzyści wynikające z cyfrowych reprezentacji różnych form informacji wskazując równocześnie zmiany jakie implikuje to dla procesu uczenia się i edukacji. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | During the last three decades the World has changed. We witness the transformation from industrial to information society. If there might be one word to represent the change it would be digitization (or digitalization). At the beginning was the invention of the digital computer and then all old analog media (text, sound, picture, film) represented in continuous (analog) signals were replaced by new digital forms. Digital means that information may by represented as a sequence of numbers written in binary number system (O and 1). In the article we point out the functional constrains of analog media and consider the qualities of digital representation of diverse forms of information and how they implicate the changes in learning process and education. | pl_PL |
