Abstract
Praca doktorska pt. „Synteza i analiza w skali nano. Biomedyczne zastosowania nanotechnologii na przykładzie cząstek wirusopodobnych z magnetycznym rdzeniem oraz nanoindentacji.” Przygotowana została na podstawie trzech artykułów naukowych opublikowanych w międzynarodowych czasopismach: „Bioevaluation of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) functionalized with dihexadecyl phosphate (DHP)”; „Osteoarthritis Severely Decreases the Elasticity and Hardness of Knee Joint Cartilage: A Nanoindentation Study; „Assembly and Characterization of HBc Derived Virus-like Particles with Magnetic Core”. Przedstawione prace opisują zarówno syntetyczny jak i analityczny aspekt wykorzystania nanomateriałów w biomedycynie.
Doctoral thesis entitled "Synthesis and analysis at the nano scale. Biomedical applications of nanotechnology on the example of virus-like particles with a magnetic core and nanoindentation." It was prepared on the basis of three scientific articles published in international journals: "Bioevaluation of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) functionalized with dihexadecyl phosphate (DHP)"; "Osteoarthritis Severely Decreases the Elasticity and Hardness of Knee Joint Cartilage: A Nanoindentation Study; "Assembly and Characterization of HBc Derived Virus-like Particles with Magnetic Core". The presented works describe both the synthetic and analytical aspects of the use of nanomaterials in biomedicine.
