| dc.description.abstract | The citizen’s right to education guaranteed by the Polish Constitution includes the development of the student’s civil attitude. To facilitate the development in the process of common education of mature, reliable, tolerant, open-minded individuals, aware of their rights and duties, it is necessary to transfer the knowledge and develop the authority enabling the youth to move within the existing community space. Beyond all doubt, community space is to a large extent determined by law. The article reflects on the mutual inspirations of pedagogy and law, the disciplines fundamental for the civil society. | pl_PL |
