Abstract
Nowadays, there have been many publications about coaching, we can even say that prevailed coaching boom or fashion. It is easy to find also trainings or studies on this subject and coaching industry magazines. There were also many definitions of the term "coaching", a word that has become the key word, the “word magic spell” a word, “picking having open many doors”. It certainly brought terminological chaos also affected the weakening of the scientific value of this working method. The intention of the author of the text is to provide terminological distinction between coaching and other forms of work and show the relevance of the actions benefits of career coaching in the dawn of constant changes with respect to the concept of LLL
