dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, there have been many publications about coaching, we can even say that prevailed coaching boom or fashion. It is easy to find also trainings or studies on this subject and coaching industry magazines. There were also many definitions of the term "coaching", a word that has become the key word, the “word magic spell” a word, “picking having open many doors”. It certainly brought terminological chaos also affected the weakening of the scientific value of this working method.
