Scharakteryzowano jej synonimy, determinanty, uwarunkowania i wyznaczniki oraz empiryczne wyrażanie w drodze pomiarów i badań efektywności. | dc.description.abstract | The article attempts to reveal the essence of university education quality which holds the theoretical and utilitarian value. Its synonyms, circumstances and determinants were characterized, as well as empirical indications through effectiveness measurement and research. It was provided in the context of social services and requirements of the Recognition of Professional Qualifications.
